CES 2024 kicks off on 9th January 2024, and like every year, MSI will showcase a selection of innovative products that will set the trend for the coming year. This year, our theme is based on an extraordinary journey – the AI Era of Computing!
In addition to cutting-edge PC Components, MSI will also feature its latest monitors and desktop PC products. You can expect next-gen display tech, better eye care features, powerful Mini PCs, and more!
Next-Gen QD-OLED Gaming Monitors
MSI’s lineup of premium Gaming Monitors in 2024 will feature a next-gen QD-OLED panel. You’ll find a selection of curved and flat panels with a variety of sizes (up to 49”) and resolutions (up to 4K) to give you the flexibility to pick what suits you best.
They come equipped with an up to 90W Type-C connector with Power Delivery and full HDMI 2.1 support (up to 48 Gbps).
Combining Quantum Dot and OLEDs: Unmatched HDR, Clarity, and Visuals
Next-Gen QD-OLED Gaming Monitors from MSI boast a potent blend of OLED and Quantum Dot technology.
While OLED technology delivers per-pixel lighting and true black scenes to gamers, Quantum Dot works to further enhance the experience with sharper images, more detailed visuals, crisper text, and reduced color fringing.
These monitors will also feature VESA’s coveted DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification – guaranteeing a Wide Color Gamut, pixel-level dimming, and inky blacks that make dark scenes look absolutely stunning in HDR.
In addition to color and black level performance, select next-gen QD-OLEDs from MSI have passed a series of stringent tests to receive VESA’s coveted ClearMR certification (up to ClearMR 13000)! This VESA certification brings clarity (pun intended) to the motion performance of a monitor, much like DisplayHDR does for HDR performance.
The ratio of blurry to clear pixels during fast-moving scenes is used for this certification. For example, a ClearMR 3000 certification signifies 2500-3500% more clear pixels than blurry pixels. MSI’s next-gen QD-OLEDs were awarded a certification as high as ClearMR 13000 – indicating over 12,500% more clear pixels to blurry ones!
Extending OLED Lifespan: Fanless Thermal Design and OLED Care 2.0
MSI’s next-gen QD-OLED monitors have been designed to elevate gaming and viewing experiences to another level. Not only does it boast an OLED’s signature near-zero (0.03ms) response times, but it also delivers refresh rates as high as 360Hz!
All these technologies demand a certain level of cooling, and MSI’s done exactly that with a custom heatsink and a graphene film. The fanless thermal design harnesses Graphene’s exceptional thermal conductivity to ensure efficient but silent heat dispersion, which extends the lifespan of these QD-OLED panels significantly.
In addition to features like Pixel Shift, Panel Protect, and Static Screen Detection from our original OLED Care feature, OLED Care 2.0 adds Multi-Logo Detection, Taskbar Detection, and Boundary Detection to further minimize the chances of OLED burn-in over the years.
Gaming Intelligence: Leveraging AI to Enhance Detail
While the QD-OLED panel delivers exceptional color and black performance in HDR, some SDR content can still struggle due to the lack of data. For the viewer, this translates to a lack of detail in darker scenes, which is frustrating in games when you’re trying to hunt enemies or locate an objective.
That’s where AI can help elevate your viewing experience almost universally. When enabled, Night Vision AI can intelligently tweak brightness in darker scenes to reveal more detail in darker areas and enhance overall brightness and saturation to suit a scene.

We’ll be launching a full lineup of QD-OLED Gaming Monitors in 2024, including a gigantic 49” ultrawide monitor with a QD-OLED panel. In fact, this monitor (the MPG 491CQP QD-OLED Gaming Monitor) was honored with a CES 2024 Innovation Award in 2 Categories at CES 2024.

MSI Cubi 6 Series: New Productivity Mini-PC to Save Space
Sitting at a mere 0.826L of total volume, the Cubi 6 series of Mini-PCs blends top-notch performance and security into a tiny, compact bundle. They come equipped with Intel’s Raptor Lake-U processors and DDR5 dual-channel memory to tackle a broad range of tasks with ease.
You’ll also find two built-in Thunderbolt 4 ports, one of which supports Power Delivery and can power the Cubi 6 with just a single cable to a Power Delivery port on a monitor! Monitors with built-in HDMI CEC control can also toggle the power to the Cubi 6 – making it super convenient to use.
